Maintenance Supervisor(Des Moines, Iowa)

Job Responsibilities

Coordinates, supervises, and participates in the daily activities of maintenance, janitorial, and ground staff.

Supervises and aids in the completion  of  all maintenance work orders

Coordinates make ready activity

Monitor maintenance operation procedures and performance standards

Ensures resident satisfaction when working in an apartment home

Coordinates in-house and contract projects

Works in tandem with the property manager to ensure maintenance of property

Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years supervisory experience.

Must have building knowledge in the areas of electrical, plumbing, appliance repair and typical apartment maintenance.

HVAC certification preferred

Boiler certification preferred

CPO license preferred

Attention to detail

Customer service

Must maintain a valid driver license, have dependable transportation, and insurance

Must be available for weekend, overtime and on-call hours

Maintenance Tech II- experienced apartment maintenance skills required, tools, truck required- roving position.
